Please Note: INTENSITY requires a free iLok.com account for activation, even for the trial version! iLok.com as well as your iLok.com user account are governed by PACE Anti-Piracy, Inc., and subject to their privacy policy and terms and conditions.  You can activate the trial or the full version to your computer or to an optional iLok 2* USB device (not included). To activate to a computer, it will need to be connected to the internet. If using an iLok2, you can use a different computer (that has internet access) to activate to the iLok 2, then plug it into your production machine.

Version 1.4.0, December 15th, 2022:

 

  • INTENSITY now supports Apple Silicon natively on the Mac for AU, VST 2, VST 3 and AAX Native.
  • This update resolves VST 3 compatibility issues with various hosts, most notably Ableton Live 11.x, on Mac and Windows.
  • The macOS installer now allows choosing which plugin formats to install, and sports improved Dark Mode support.
  • The About screen now displays the CPU architecture (x64/Apple Silicon).
  • The latest version of the plugin ships as 64-bit only from now on. Previous versions with 32-bit support are of course still available. 
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the output to briefly clip when switching between output monitoring sources.
  • Fixed an issue that caused increased CPU load when LVL COMP was deactivated
  • Fixed an issue that re-triggered loudness measurement, thus causing a short bump in loudness, when switching between IN and CMP.

Version 1.4.0 Beta 1, July 23rd, 2022 – PUBLIC BETA:

     
  • This release is a public BETA, provided as-is. That means you may run into issues with the software, uncovering which is the purpose of this release. By using the beta software you acknowledge this and agree that use of the beta software is at your sole risk. To access the public beta, simply request download URLs for INTENSITY using the form above as per usual, additional beta URLs have been added to the email. Your existing license will work. If you do not have an INTENSITY license, you can run the 30-day free trial if you haven't already.

  • macOS:INTENSITY AU, VST 2 and VST 3 now run natively on Apple Silicon processors. The AAX format does not yet support Apple Silicon natively.

  • macOS & Windows:fixed a compatibility issue with Live 11 when running as VST 3 that would cause the plugin to be randomly disabled by Live.

 Known issues in v1.4.0 Beta 1: 

  • The loudness compensated monitoring output may behave unexpectedly when recalling a session that was saved with this monitoring function left on.

Version 1.3.0 (Mac only), November 1st, 2021:

  • INTENSITY is now compatible with macOS 12.x Monterey.
  • This version requires macOS 10.15.x or newer, and is 64-bit only. For 32-bit and compatibility to older macOS up to and including 10.14.x Mojave, please use the functionally identical previous version 1.2.1.

Version 1.2.1 (Mac only), February 13th, 2020:

  • Fixed an issue where the UI would scale wrongly on Retina displays in some hosts.
  • Installer is now fully notarized, which fixes installer issues on macOS 10.14 Mojave and macOS 10.15 Cataline.

INTENSITY v1.2.0 is a free update and recommended for all users.

 What's new in v1.2.0: 

  • New OUTPUT MONITORING SOURCE selector allows quick switching between input, output and loudness compensated output signals.
  • The new loudness compensated monitor path is based on continuous loudness measurement.
  • New INPUT GAIN control with a range of +- 24dB. 
  • Fixed an issue that could cause instabilities in some 32bit configurations.

Version 1.1.0, June 30th, 2018:

INTENSITY v1.1.0 is a free update and recommended for all users.

 What's new in v1.1.0: 

  • New and re-worked factory presets that highlight the more subtle use cases of the plugin better. 
  • New option to copy the currently active Preset Bias Curve to the Custom Sliders; button is labelled ">" and is found right above the BIAS CURVE MODE  switch when in PRESETS mode.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause glitches at region boundaries in some cases.
